Full color · Made for compatible materials

Sublimation turns full-color ideas into lasting custom products.

Sublimation uses heat to move dye into a compatible coated product or polyester-rich fabric. The color becomes part of the surface, making it a strong choice for detailed photographs, gradients, personalization, and artwork that wraps beyond a small print area.

Reviewed pricing

Four details shape the estimate.

We will not show a generic price that ignores the actual product, image, finish, quantity, or production requirements.

01

Product and material

The blank must have a compatible coating or polyester content and must fit the available production equipment.

02

Print area

A small face print, multiple sides, and a broad wrap require different artwork preparation and production time.

03

Quantity and variations

Names, photographs, numbers, and other per-piece changes are reviewed as part of the actual order.

04

Artwork and deadline

Resolution, crop, color expectations, stock, and timing are confirmed before the estimate is issued.

Before you request

Sublimation questions, answered.

What products can Assured Print sublimate?

Assured Print can review compatible coated products and polyester-rich fabrics. Product availability changes, so send the item or idea and the team will confirm the exact blank before quoting.

Can sublimation reproduce photographs and gradients?

It is a strong choice for continuous color, photographs, and gradients on compatible products. Final color still depends on the product, coating, artwork, and production profile.

Can every item have a different name or photograph?

Often, yes. Tell us how many unique versions are needed so the estimate and proof plan account for the personalization.

Can I bring my own product?

You may bring or identify the item for review, but the shop must confirm its material, coating, dimensions, and production compatibility before accepting it.

Is sublimation the same as DTF or vinyl?

No. Sublimation dyes a compatible surface or polyester-rich fabric. DTF and vinyl are applied to the surface and can work on different materials. We will recommend the method that fits the product and artwork.
