We collect the name and mobile number you provide, your messages and job references, and records of your permission to receive texts or your withdrawal of that permission. We use this information to answer your questions, provide requested quotes, discuss artwork and proofs, and send order-status and pickup updates. We also use consent records to honor your messaging choices.

We use messaging providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, to deliver these communications. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
