Soft feel · Fine detail

DTG printing for soft, photo-quality artwork on cotton.

DTG, or direct-to-garment, prints artwork directly into the fabric like a high-resolution inkjet for apparel. It creates a breathable finish with fine detail and smooth gradients, making it a strong choice when you want the artwork to feel like part of a cotton shirt.

Proof-first workflow

How your order moves.

You see and approve the production direction before the order is made.

  1. Choose a cotton or cotton-rich garment.

  2. Send the artwork and desired placement.

  3. Approve the production proof.

  4. We prepare, print, cure, and inspect the garment in-house.

  5. Pick up in Lanham or use the confirmed delivery option.

Clear before production

How DTG pricing works.

DTG pricing reflects print size, quantity, and garment color because dark garments require additional preparation and a white ink layer. Bring a suitable garment or choose one from our catalog.

What your quote confirmsGarment, artwork, placement, quantity, and timing.

No production begins until the method and proof are confirmed for the order.

Before you choose

DTG questions, answered.

What garments work best for DTG?

100% cotton or cotton-rich garments generally produce the softest and most detailed DTG result.

Is there a minimum?

No. A one-shirt DTG order is welcome.

DTG vs. DTF: which should I pick?

Choose DTG for a soft, detailed print on cotton. Choose DTF for wider fabric compatibility, bold color, or mixed garment types. We can review the artwork and recommend the better fit.

Can you print dark shirts?

Yes. Dark cotton garments receive the preparation and white underbase needed to keep the artwork visible and vivid.

Bring the idea. We’ll help make it wearable.
