Every estimate lists the terms that apply to that job, and approving it means you accept them. This page explains them in full.

Bringing your own garments or items
Customer-supplied goods

Paying for your order
Payment terms
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the balance is due when your order is ready, before pickup or delivery.
- An order not collected within 90 days of being ready is forfeited, and the deposit is kept.
- A 3% card-processing fee applies to card payments; cash, check, and ACH have no fee.
