High volume · Classic finish

Screen printing for bold, high-volume orders.

Screen printing is the classic production method behind team, event, staff, and merchandise apparel. Each color uses its own screen, so the setup becomes more economical as the run grows. It is a strong fit for bold spot-color designs, larger quantities, and a traditional printed finish.

Clear before production

How Screen printing pricing works.

Screen printing is quoted by garment, quantity, print locations, and number of colors. A setup charge applies to each required screen and spreads across the run, which is why the per-piece price generally improves at higher quantities.

What your quote confirmsProduct, artwork, placement, quantity, and timing.

No production begins until the method and proof are confirmed for the order.

Before you choose

Screen printing questions, answered.

What is the minimum order?

Screen-print minimums depend on the design, color count, garment, and setup. Share the project details and we will confirm the exact minimum before quoting. For smaller runs, DTF may be the better fit.

Screen printing vs. DTF: which is less expensive?

Screen printing generally provides better per-piece value on a large run with a few solid colors. DTF is often more economical for smaller quantities, full-color artwork, or mixed fabrics.

How many colors can you print?

Screen printing is strongest for artwork with a small number of spot colors. DTF or DTG may be a better fit when the design has many colors, gradients, or photographic detail.

How durable is screen printing?

Properly cured screen printing is highly durable. Following the garment care guidance helps preserve the print.

Can you print on different garment types?

Yes. Tees, hoodies, and other apparel may work well. We confirm garment compatibility before the order moves into production.
